Hi there,
I suppose it's a dumb question but.... What is the difference between... or let's say.... What are those modules ?
In my mind, the SSD Module is a module where you put a SSD Drive in it... But in that case what is the SSD Reader ?

I'm a bit... Lost !:banghead:

look for the red station

Sooooo...... The SSD Reader is a module for the Red Station in which I put the SSD Module used on the camera ?

Red station SSD module shown is for backing up footage to standard 2.5" form factor drives, SSD or conventional spinning drives. The camera module uses 1.8" drives, though I am sure they will be adding a Red station module for that too.

SSD Reader connects to your computer, SSD Module connects to your camera. You put an SSD into the latter to record, then remove it and put it into an SSD Reader to transfer the files to a computer. Same as CF Module / CF Reader.

There is a cable and power supply for probably $35 total to achieve that same bandwidth and connection. I wont be getting any ssd readers, its just a cable.
