Sorry if this has been discussed. I did a search and could find nothing.
When I format an SSD on a Red MX, nothing happens for what seems like MANY seconds after I hit the "format" button. Meaning, I press the button, and the menu goes away as if I have hit the "cancel" button. The buttons will then become unresponsive. After what seems like an eternity, the good old friendly "Formatting The Digital Media" screen comes up. And almost instantly, it's done.
Seems more like a GUI thing than anything else, and once you accept it, life is good. But it would be nice if it was fixed on some future build.
I have had the problem on both my cameras, and several rental house cameras, and have never NOT experienced this, so I assume it's standard issue with SSDs on an MX.
Anyone else notice? Or care?
