  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

SR3 15mm baseplate work with RED?

I tried out my SR3 ARRI 15mm baseplate in "s16mm" mode on my RED and everything seemed to line up and be at the correct height to support my cooke lens. Just want to make sure Im not missing something... It seems to be working but I dont have a 15mm matte box or any other accessories to test besides this lens support and lens. Thanks!
 
I tried the same thing and had no luck with matte box and follow focus. I drilled holes in the baseplate to get it to line up. I ended up going with the ET stuff in the end.
