Spring platform for car mount

I'm looking to attach a Movi Pro to a Matthews car mount plate (http://products.msegrip.com/collections/car-mount-systems/products/master-mount-system), but would like to find a spring plate system similar to what is on the Freefly remote controlled car.

i.e. two plates with coiled springs between them.

Does anyone know where to find such a device?
