speeding up a song for video shoot?

i tried the soundtrack pro thing and i think it actually did work a lot better only thing now is i cant figure out how to export the damn thing! i go file/export/ but then the three options are unhighlighted! what do i do???

Sorry to clearify more:
If you have drag and dropped the audio in one of the tracks of soundtrack pro, you will need to right click and open in editor once in editor do you time stretch. once done then do a save as: you have option for aiff and wav.
