Not sure if anyone had the same problem. But when rendering FCP XML using Monkey Extract full 4K my CPU was only 20% in use.
Making a copy of Monkey Extract and running as a second instance rendering a different portion made great progress CPU usage jumped to 40%. I assume that can be scaled endlessly
as long as you have a fast RAID. With two instances i was already at 95MB/s
