Space elevator love story being made for $10,000K

[Niles Heckman]

Hey folks,

This is my first official post. I've been an active viewer for years and am now shamelessly posting because we're panhandling (this month only - January 2014) to finish our sci-fi short film AURORAS. It's a storyline about two women in love who have to separate as one leaves on a space elevator launch.

The film was shot mainly on DSLR with one pick up shot on Red and as you can imagine has been a very long time side project. In true indie filmmaking fashion, we're passing out credits and a small contribution get's your name on a special version of the poster - http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/nilesheckman/auroras

Best,

That's a hefty amount of CG, especially for a 10K project. whose strapped to the animator chair?

[Martin Stevens]

Wow. Nice. But 10,000K = 10,000,000.
