  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Southwest Tasmania

Wow, stunning Joe!

Love to catch up again next time I'm over that way.

That would be good Jim. I think Dean's DVD is finally finished.
By the way, what's the crop factor on your ZF lenses which I think you used at the concert?

I think you're right Peter - there's probably a camping variety nowadays!!!

Hey Joe,

Love to see the final product. Was a great show and Dean's a great guy.

Yeah that's right. Crop factor is 1.6x I think, basically the same as a Nikon DX or Canon EF-S.

I have nothing but great things to say about them, they look fabulous.

The ZF is fully manual, where the Canon version, the ZE, doesn't have a manual iris at all.

Ah, beautiful....Tassie...where all smart people hang around  ... I'm on the East coast now trying to shoot absolutely mind-blowing coral reef.

Let us know when Dean's DVD is out. I have a CD from Dean and love it. I'm curious how my Master Prime looks from the crane.
