Sound signal from Tascam Dr701D into RED ONE MX

Hello everybody,

I have a question for those who have worked with it.
I want to "take" the sound from Tascam DR701D and "put it" in RED ONE MX.
What is the most correct procedure? line out (tascam) to mini XLR (red one)? if so, then what are the most correct settings taking into account the signal differences?

I'd strongly recommend you do not do that, and instead run it properly with a dual sound system.

And use the timecode capability of the DR701D and your RED, by buying 2x Ultrasync ONE timecode boxes. (they're insanely super affordable! And very capable, packed with features)
