Great condition overall. I had this serviced at Sound Devices within the last year and it came back with everything to factory spec. I think one of the limiter LED's may be out, though I'm not sure as I rarely see it anyway. Comes with a battery, AC adapter, original manual, and a couple of TA-3 to XLR cables (none of the accessories pictured).
