The Sony FS700r camcorder is a professional-grade model from the FS700 series. It features a High Definition recording capability with a 4K Super35 sensor. This black camcorder has an LCD screen and slow-motion recording capabilities. It is made in Japan and has the latest firmware installed. With only 400 hours of use, it is in excellent condition.
I bought this camera for a job last year, it worked out great, but now I no longer have use for it. It comes with:
All my shooting was in HD, but this camera has a 4k sensor, and according to Sony this camera allows you to output the video to an Atomos or other type external recorder and get 4k footage that way. Haven't tried to do this myself, but that's what the documentation says.
If you're already familiar with Sony cameras, the menu options are a breeze. And I found it was easy to locate and download the manual.
By the way, the lens pictured with the camera is NOT included with the camera, it's there only for demo purposes.
