I've recently moved on to an Epic and need to sell my F3. There are several things included in the package, you can pick and choose what you want with offers.
Sony F3 with PL Mount

Known Issues - Only one, Mic mount broke off (common issue)
Sensor & Screen are in pristine shape.
Paid Slog 4:4:4 output on 32gb SXS Card
F3 Mic included
Zacuto F3 Baseplate with lightweight rods included & 3 stud battery plate.

MTF Nikon to F3 Mount adapter. Has manual iris ring on it to control aperture. Perfect shape.

Scratch in the upper left hand corner. Doesn't affect performance. (see picture)
Looks like it could probably be sent in to Atomos to have that top layer replaced, but it has never bothered me that much
I'm also including two 240gb Sandisk Extreme SSDs.

I'll pack the camera inside of a pelican case, and put the pelican case in a box. So you're also getting a pelican case but it will need new foam.
