The unit is fully functional and is in good condition.
This lightweight charger doubles as an DC power supplly that connects directly to a v mount battery plate providing power. It has an additional v mount for charging a battery. It can charge the battery while simutaniously powering a camera and seemlessly switch from AC to battery power. You can have it attached to a camera via the v mount plate with a battery attached to the charger, run the camera off AC power, disconnect the power cable and switch to using battery power, plug the power back in returning back to AC power while charging the battery with the camera running the whole time.
