I recently purchased a Sonnet 3D / Red Rocket combo here on REDuser and the 3D was DOA.
It's taken 2 weeks!!! For Sonnet to give me a decision regarding the problem.
Initially they were asking me to test this and that, and after me sending reminding emails they finally just say I must send the unit back for evaluation or take it to my local dealer (doesn't exist). This has just cost me 2 weeks as they could have told me that from the beginning, and will take me weeks more to fly it to a dealer in SE Asia, wait for the parts to get in stock and bring it back again. Does anyone know anyone from Sonnet or a dealer that could sell me the PSU and/or TB2 card so I can get it up and running.
Rocket-x card seems to work in my desktop PC, so thankfully that was not broken.
