Trust me having the Side SSD module on your R1 is so much more badass than an M-X engraving that you wont have any problems in the cool department.

It's not that you lose it ......you just take it off and replace it with something more badass.

You can still carry the CF module as an "MX badge"! :thumbsup:

Correct.. you can use CF cards in the CF/SSD adapter ( the CF card slides into a SSD " Shell " so it mimics a SSD drive.

You cannot use a SSD mag in a CF module though.


Scarlet comes standard with CF module.. you can swap that for a SSD module at the time of purchase if you pay the difference.

With an adaptor what is the point of keeping the CF module around? Streamline and simplify.
