Its not uncommen that people starts a new sentence with an inhale followed by a strong volume at start. Sometimes its possible to just ad an costume fade in to soften it. But i wonder if there is a better and faster way?

I would hire an experienced dialogue editor and have them make that choice in Pro Tools. Riding levels is a very, very basic element of sound mixing. Having a physical fader allows the dialogue mixer to "ride" the level in real time and compensate for any level changes due to emotion, mic position, line read, or any number of factors. It's sometimes harder to do this in an edit program with a mouse.

Depending on your NLE you should have a compressor in your list of plug ins. If you have one with a 'look ahead" function that would be ideal. It will see ahead of the play head when a large audio peak is coming up and anticipate the peak to reduce the volume automatically for you.
