  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

That's a really neat shot! I watched it several times.

Just out of curiosity, at left-center in the background are some out-of-focus white spots, which go bright and dim slowly in the slow-mo parts. Are these streetlights, where you are catching a beat frequency between 113 fps and 60 Hz power / 120 blinks per second?
 
The flickering is from the inside of a building across the parking lot. It was visible while shooting. I shot the clip. Matt Daniels put it together.

Here is what it looked like with just some basic Redalert tweaks.

I didn't shoot 120 because I was to lazy to rig up the drive. I don't have the cradle because I'm all 15mm so I have to use bubble wrap and tape. 120 stuff coming soon.
 
yeah, good is to set fast shutter speeds for slo motion. Lot of time people don't use it and image doesnt look so detailed an the efect of slow motion is mischieved.
