  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

So what can you do with a Scarlet-X...

I noticed this thread and really liked it so downloaded a clip and threw something together. I ended up spending 5 minutes in Assimilate Scratch in between working on a clients job. Thank you to Gunleik for the posts. As soon as our camera arrives I can post some clips or stills of shoots and tests we do at our studio. This would be a good thread or topic on the board if more people are interested in sharing for new red users, and people who want the knowledge.

This is 120 fps 4k 16:9
There is a reason for the framing... :)

As a sidenote - and you'll see, we had the tint going bananas that day, but I didn't really worry. It's RAW, right...

I know THIS isn't possible on the Scarlet, but out of all my posts here, this is actually the only Epic-specific...

Here's a quickie grade on the last one. I'm lovin' that film plugin....

instructions on that.

I just save the look and export the look RMD and then it can be imported and applied to the clip. That lets me do a few versions.

A little turorial and I will be glad to send it off the other way.

My trim r3d is giving me an error on snapshot clips.

THERE ARE LINKS TO THE IMAGE LISTS FROM THE 1ST POST
AS I FILL UP WITH SOME TUTORIALS AND ARTICLES, THEY WILL BE LINKED TO FROM THE 1ST POST

IF YOU UPLOAD RMDs, THAT IS MOST APPREACHIATED. DO IT THIS WAY:
COPY THE RMD TO AN EMPTY FOLDER
ZIP THAT FOLDER
MAIL IT TO ME AT

If you want to be anonymus, but still share the developments, just mail me the RMD and I'll post the imagesd
(I have a few, just haven't come round to do that yet)

Have fun and post developments and R3Ds so that we eventually can discuss the results and how and why they differ - sort of besides the aestethical thingy...
