Someone please convince me to get an Ipad; As a RED owner, why should I have one, again?
Those of you who own one, what part does it play in your work? What things does it do for you that you've come to find it indispensable?

new ipad screen rocks. if you like to watch dailies, the screen is almost rec 709 perfect. it's high resolution, and very color accurate. other than all the productivity apps, that's the #1 way to evaluate your footage if you don't have a bit suite with calibrated monitors or if you wanna look at it on the road.

BTW: I keep all my searchable Scarlet manuals, ratios, flow charts, and of course multitask Reduser & TV. I also keep some of the videos, scripts and photos; plus drawing apps for quick storyboard sketching.

and Doodlejump, and Tiny Wings, and Netflix, and WSJ and...

Pretty much indespensable.
