I prefer the original version. It leaves me with the impression that he had dreamed of the encounter first then finally had the opportunity to make it real. Of course I wonder if the real thing would have met his expectations. This is a very nice film that was shot beautifully... and I hate subtitles. Excellent work.

I also liked the first better, to me it seemed as they had their encounter and after he saw her arguing he went back to meet her again.

I think the original is stronger because of the twist. At first you just think he wants a prostitute, but the jump back makes you think he either desired her or thought she would benefit from feeling desired. Much nicer to have that twist giving you both interpretations of the man.

I also think the original editing makes you feel it is more _her_ story as he is more the unknown, at least at first.

Very nice story, gentle pacing, and some lovely lighting in places.

Congratulations.

I hope it did well on its festival travels.
