Do you know if the handles can be remove and if Arri rosettes can be added to the sides for adding additional grips (i.e. tilta nucleus-m hand grips for an AC)?

Short answer for everyone else, yes. Although the better solution, in my opinion (and this is what I did) is to add a SmallRig 15mm rail receiver and an 8" 15mm rail to the top of the monitor, then mount an ARRI Rosette receiver to that, that way you can quickly attach or un-attach it without tools. That's how I rigged my Nucleus to this, and can send some pics if there's a demand.
