Slow Card Offload Time

Hi there peeps!

We are having some troubles with the card offload times with the Helium that are driving us a bit crazy, for a 250 GB it gives us a 2hrs offload time...

We have updated the firmware to 7.4.1 and have formatted the cards in "Secure Format" both in FAT32 and UHD, and the problem persists.
We have also tried with different computers and different card readers and this problem is not happening with our Dragon...

We have been told that it might be a virus...hopefully it is not!!

We are trying to reach our local technical support but thought it could worth asking here, maybe some of you can help us out here!

What kind of drives are you offloading to? If I go to a cheap WD drive, it'll take 3 hours or so for a 512, but to a RAID 0 Thunderblade, about 22 minutes.
