Bowl adapters/wheels
Hi, it's Mike from the Dana Dolly. We are closed yesterday and today for the Christmas Holiday, which I think is a standard in the USA. The bowl adapters are available online at the Dana Dolly website: www.danadolly.com. We cannot sell the wheels separately, however we do service the dollies, and would be happy to take a look at Abiodun Shote's wheels. We actually usually only charge around $25 (+shipping) to change the bearings and service the wheels on dollies that have been damaged in use. Once in awhile we get a dolly in that has seen some hard use, and it is no problem to get those back in service again. Since we don't take many holidays, I don't think it is necessary to make a big deal out of not being able to reach Dana Dolly on Christmas. We've seen dollies that have been used for several days in the ocean, run over accidentally, dropped from buildings, etc. We can usually get these as good as new in a couple of days. The wheels actually last a very long time. I have wheels that are still good that were installed in 1999. As with most equipment, it is a matter of how much you care for the equipment, and how much hard use the equipment gets. We try to do our best at customer service, however we are not perfect.
Thanks very much, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year,
Mike and Dana Hall
