Single Black Frame in FCPX Quicktime Export

I'm getting a single back frame about 1 second into my video export that will not go away. It's popped up in several videos before, same spot and same duration but not always. Even if I trash the renders and re-render, it still happens. These are R3Ds shot in 5k, edited natively in FCPX and output as a 1080p h.264 quicktime. When I use Compressor, I'm not getting any black frame - only exporting straight from FCPX. What can I do to fix this?

I would export a ProRes file and send that to Compressor anyway. It will actually be faster. Having FCPX debayer and compress to H264 is too much work for it. It's most likely a memory issue.

Unfortunately, I'm forced to use compressor. Compressor is consistently 2x-3x slower for all of my transcodes and exports compared to FCPX.

Had this happening to me as well.
Clips were 4K WS ("fit" in 4KHD project). Edited with FCPX proxies. And 4KHD Prores export took hours because several clips had Neatvideo and 2-3 layers of FCPX color to render.
Did you understood what it was?
