  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I have a cable cam shoot with the scarlet on sunday, unfortunately the side handle and monitor dont fit on the cable cam yolk very well, so only the brain and glass with a battery are available on camera. thus I am forced to use a redmote which i have never used or seen, and wont even get till the shoot date. so simple question; do i need to install any firmware? software? anything I need to know? any glitches, or trial and error mistakes I can avoid? or is it pretty much, hook it up and go?
thanks in advanced

make sure they are on the same firmware version. Then once attached, make sure you pair them under redmote settings. Then after that you should be good to go.
