quality examples attached. This lens truly is the "champagne of beers".

[Henk van den Doel]

That is quite a bit of money for a pretty crappy lens

I think I would rather buy a house. And a vintage lens, use some good lighting and a filter, play around in Color and sip a beer to get similar results. I love lenses and their characteristics, but this is pushing things a bit pricewise.

I think he's kidding....

By the way I just noticed this was in the sale section, sorry Richard I didn't mean to hack your thread nor sale. I thought it was just something you saw floating around on the net Please feel free to have it removed by the mods. And of course it is a steal, I know

[hunterrichards]

Price has been bumped up to $110,000 after Henk's comment...

Of course im joking- this is the worlds crappiest lens- in fact it should be in a museum as such.

Its a lot of fun and can get you a nice in camera effect- especially for black and white. the PL mount cost me $100 I think- so really im just looking for any offer.

Although if someone wants to give me a ridiculous amount of money for it for the sake of calling it art- ill take it.

I really should not have a look at reduser after editing 14 hours straight and comment

[paul engstrom]

If only I could buy 2 for 3d

[hunterrichards]

This lens is beyond 3d. Too good for such a fading format like that.

$100,000 is just a bit high, I could go maybe $95,000 but that's it...

Damn! Can't find a clip of Sylvester and Tweety Bird, where Granny cleans her glasses and says ... "Astigmatism".

[Martin Weiss]

Is that lens compatible with the 28k sensor?

I want my softness to be as sharp as possible.

Also, it isn't clear from your description if the f4 disc is included in the price?

[hunterrichards]

Fully covers 28k sensor- with Epic Vignetting™ technology. f4 disc included in sale ($25,000 value)

[Dan Kanes]

Where from and what kind of PL mount is that?

Thanks!

Dan

[hunterrichards]

It was a pl mount I bought from raf camera- unprofessionally shaved it down to fit.

[Peter Strietmann]

You could get more for it on ebay.

[Sidney L. Plaut]

that was funny, I was really looking forward seeing a 100.000usd lens and then I saw the stills
