  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Sigma 60-600mm not recognize?

Hi,

I have tested the Sigma 60-600mm on the RED Helium with the Red Nikon Mount and the lens is not recognized.

So, I can't change the iris or use the stabilization...

Is this lens normally recognized or not? If not, will Red do an update soon to improve this, please?

Do you have problem with the Zeiss Milvus 135mm too?

I'm not surprised. Sometimes issues even crop up in new firmware updates for lenses Red has already added support for.

The Nikon mount is not used by many people. I wouldn't be surprised if Red never added support for the Nikon version of this lens, but you can always ask them to.
