Ive read some similar posts like this. The focus seems to be what is wrong or what RED is not or thoughts or feelings about a juvenile marketing strategy.
I know the section is called complaint department but I'd also be curious about what the exact needs are. In terms of doc filmmaking I am all for the smaller form factor.
Like, as a small example, maybe RED should create a "pickup and shoot pre configured camera" because I get that people want receive a camera that you slap a battery and lens on and just go.
Personally, I love the smaller form factor and light weight of the epic dragon and it allows me to be quite portable.
RED has always been contrarian, that seems to have been the concept and culture to date.
