sidehandle

Little problem to get the sidehandle of the scarlet, screwwheel stocked after a while turning / stiff , handle does not come off , does anyone recognize this?
We have also an epic same procedure sidehandle comes of.

Hey Willy

had this on a shoot with a B camera once, its a bit hard to get proper grip on the screwwheel sometimes, what helped us was putting one layer of a rough dishcloth over the wheel and then just pushing hard and steady with the thumb and it grabbed much better and came loose.

Press the Sidehandle towards the brain while turning the screwwheel, should work fine.

I use a towel as well. Once you get it loose, don't tighten as much next time.
