Side Handle Top Controls Unresponsive

Hi All,
The buttons on the top of my side handle including the one to activate the back-light on the small display have failed to function since a few firmware builds ago. Also the menu button. They keys are assigned functions in the setup menu but remain unresponsive. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I did once...try completely re-seeding your SH. That worked for me.

Turns out re-seating the SH didn't solve the problem. I also had the Scarlet rediscover devices with a reboot, didn't help either. Looks like a support ticket for me unless there are any more suggestions.
