Side handle issues

Hello all,

It started few months ago after a firmware update as i remember. Have no idea what was the previos firmwire but some very old one. Since this problem i updated once again but this problem still exist. If its not necessary i wouldnt update the newest firmwire as long as this one works perfectly except this kinda bug with the sidehandle. Does anybody have the same issue? Any solution? Surprisingly all the other functions of the side handle works fine except the wheel buttom.

Which side handle? Which firmware. So dark we can't see anything.

Firmware version: 6.3.27 and a DSMC side handle.

Remove side handle and reload newest firmware. Boot up. Shut down. Then reboot with side handle attached. It should update everything.

I did it but sadly nothing changed. Same thing happening. Wheel works horizontally but vertically jumps down always.
