Is there a way to hold the shutter open or get slower shutter speeds on the Epic, like the Bulb setting on a still camera?

edit: is it possible to do slower than normal shutter speeds? 1/2?. I tried going into the advanced settings but it didn't take.

Best you can do is 1FPS and a 360 degree shutter. Until stills mode is enabled, of course.
