shutter speed, phase function

it seems that the phase function is doing nothing....

tested with stroboscope......

anbody had success ?

I thought it was for removing the black bar when shooting monitors, I tried it but it did nought to the bar so i thought it was something that might be enabled at a later date

it is exact our problem... we have some big monitors in the frame... and no luck with the phase....

147° shutter seems to work well over here. But I think it PAL land its a little different.
