tested some shots on different framerates for example there are the shots on 33FPS and 33FPS.it shows shutter degree is 180' on red lcd..but its different on metada..

first one is 33fps second 33.33fps
what im doing wrong? i mean shutter is default and it says 180' while im shooting

We have the same issue here, filming 33 fps with time base 25fps, some strobe like shutter effect. Working on it in this moment. Two more days of production ahead.

If you do the math you see that it is 136 degrees with respect to the 25fps time base to manage 180deg at 33fps. It is a bit unclear what the numbers are referring to in the screen dump.
To achieve 180deg at 33 fps it should read 237.6deg at 25fps. I guess someone has used the wrong reference in the metadata calculations or forgot to state what the shutter angle is relative to - time base or the actual FPS.

The issue of the metadata displaying incorrectly was fixed in a later redcine-x version than what you are using. There was a bug in the calculation of shutter angle.

Best,
