Not sure what happened but the shutter on my Red Epic Dragon does not respond anymore. It seems stuck at a lower shutter speed and when I hit record there's a small flash and also when I stop the recording.
I can change to different shutter speeds as normal on the touchscreen but the current shutter is not changing.
I recorded a couple clips and looked at metadata in RedCineX and the clips match what the shutter speed was set to in-camera but the shutter is stuck.
Upgraded firmware to v6.3.101 and still the same.
I think my camera is broken but if anyone experienced this before please let me know how to fix
