  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Shut up and shoot that RED (NSFW)

A suddenly noticed that my Scarlet is a about 3mm smaller in all directions! And the outer metal surface is a little wrinkled. And the lens mount sort of droops. Quite sad, really.
 
I used my Scarlet on Sunday, without thinking about the price reduction. Now I don't dare to open the R3D files in Redcine.

Moving along the same line of thought, Redcine-x is totally worthless. It doesn't cost a penny/cent/øre.

And in the future I'll only read authors that write either on a MontBlanc or use their own blood.

So I decided to give it all up, and continue to shoot at 5600/800 like I used to even before the price change.
But somehow, even THAT feels devaluated these days....

And finally, I decided that since I couldn't even manage to give it to a guy on the street, I should just throw the lot out the window, which I did after this shot @ 1600/f2.8 on a canon 24-70

Never want to see the damned thing again. What good can it possibly do???

Looks to me like high ISO noise dropped along with the price. Who knew? :sifone:

That having been said, JJ is a smart man. Get all of the brains out there cheaply to as many as possible, the cash will then flow like swollen rivers, dams bursting, when all those extra bits and pieces to make it all work, at full price, are purchased.

Quite a few Norwegian girls are just happy to see stuff like this...
And as to IKEA, I still haven't found a model for the combination of stuff I wNt to do and "making a living" so I constantly get pingponged back and forth between the two options.

What you guys don't really know, is that I do a lot of other stuff but Girls.
And I hope the girl stuff I post here, start to make somewhat more sense than it initially did.

At least your getting an image. The other day I could even get an exposure on my Scarlet no matter how far i pushed the ISO or how wide open I shoot... Wait, what's the lens cap still doing on the lens? Never mind.

Seriously, the more I shoot with the Scarlet the more I want to shoot on the Scarlet, even though it is worth nearly nothing.

I have GOT to get my sorry ass to Norway!

As far as I know, go to Chicago, turn right, follow the Great Lakes to Quebec, then the coast-line to Labrador, then a few miles further on over water. Is that right?
