Shoulder pad help

Can anyone suggest a shoulder pad for a hand held red configuration which will slide into one of the ET 19mm Studio Hybrid plates?

Ronford Baker are working on something but it wont be ready for a while and I dont want to get the Red shoulder dovetail adapted at a mill or anything is there a solution someone can suggest?

How well does this perform? Does the camera slide at all? Anything at all that bugs you?

I remember Evin talking about this shoulder pad...I don't know if you've ever seen or used it but I was thinking about getting this one, but yours is cheaper so I might just check out yours. Shoulder Pad Link

I personally think it's horrible. It's always shifting around my shoulder, pulling and tugging it to sit properly. There was another shoulder pad Evin has been using which to me looks much better.

If you waste your money on anything but this your crazy...
Maybe not, but I love this thing I have been using it for years. Buy it at REI and if it breaks they will replace it. forever... However long that is in terms of REI.

It's a self inflating lumbar pillow for camping. That said it can inflate to your liking.
It has foam inside as well.

I put some Velcro on the bottom of the camera and the top of the pillow. inflate to full before putting the camera with the pillow stuck to the bottom on your shoulder and then purge some air out of the pillow until you love it.

It basically distributes the weight to a larger area.

For the Allstar User's. Honestly what are you thinking of this complet system ( Allstar dovetail, base, shoulder?
It's strongly made ?. The Arri dovetail is very useful ? this system 'll be upgradeable with EPIC_X
