While I've been pouting around here the last few hours, there's no doubt that the new products and designs are indeed stunning.

Jim's occupational status is safe.

I came across Jim's quote while searching for something else and in light of today's industry-changing announcements I thought it would be fun to bring it up!

If Jim retires I think most of us here will as well.

Yeah Jim its time to retire... we can't handle any more technology releases. We've about had enough of new stuff from you.

Of course a few people are going to vote "retire". Don't forget we have sony trolls around here...
 
Anybody looked at how Sony's stock is doing since the announcement,perhaps the markets haven't caught up with the Red Revolution yet,judging by the recent economic shit they've created, they don't seem to be the sharpest pencils in the pot.
 
How could I be stunned about an announcement of intention?

I'm intrigued. Stunned? I'm hoping that's the reaction when I shoot with the camera.

Jim shouldn't retire, though. I think they have a lot of work to do there.
