Shot on SCARLET X

[Scott Crawley]

Where's the hate? I don't see any. It seems to me that you can't pick up a camera or sit at an editing bay without considering the copyright issue. It is a perfectly reasonable topic of discussion.

Why the hate guys? Good job on the clip - looks very nice - especially the close up portraits. If you want to attack his copyright or the political nature of the song he used, go to another forum. This is a camera forum.

I was referencing the atheist/gay comment. Fair enough about copyright issues - even though I feel like that's more ripe for an editing/sound/directing/producing/copyright/lawyer forum. Isn't this a cinematography showcase forum? Aren't people supposed to post their films and you ask them questions about the lenses, filtration, grading, etc? Issues relevant to the look of a piece?

I thought the gay atheist remark was critical of the church and the unlawful use, not the artist/victim of the infringement, so I read no hate into it. Perhaps the mistake was mine.

Thank you Ed, it was a lot of fun to shoot! It is the nature of forums to attract every know it all in the world, don't let it get to ya, just ignore em'.

Great work!

Thanks Jeff, there's more to come. Were working on a dramatic short film for Easter that will be our first real production.
