Hi peeps. My first post, so please be gentle!

I´m about to start working on my first real postproduction project using RED.

I will be cutting a "pitch-trailer" for a proposed future production.

Although the RED-post area still seems like a pretty unfinished place, I seem to have gotten a few things running. I will start by cutting the project in FCP using the reference QT-files. I´ve downloaded the REDCODE codec for FCP and after some tweaking the shots are playing fine in the timeline.

My only wonder at this point is why the shots looks totally wierd when clicked up in the Viewer window from the Bins..

like this:

The left being the Viewer window and the right being the sequence Canvas window.

Certainly not a crucial thing, but any clues?

Whoops... Just realized that it only looks like that when not playing at normal speed.. But the thumbnails in the Sequence timeline also looks distorted like this..

Found the solution. It was switching from Image to Image+Wireframe in the rightmost Canvas pulldown menu.
