Shot in wrong timebase (Urgent)

Hey guys. So I accidentally shot in 25fps varispeed when I should've been shooting in 24 in normal speed. I'm screwed.. haha any fix? I can work in either FCP or Premiere. However if the fix is through Cinema Tools, that app isn't opening up for me. T_T

Did you record audio in camera or on a separate audio recorder? If external audio recorder what time base was it set to?

Oh wait...I just re-read your post. Your timebase was 24. All you really need to do is change the speed of your audio clips to sync with your video.

In Premiere or FCP just edit as a regular 24fps project. No one will be able to tell the difference as long as the audio is in sync.

surely if you shot in varispeed you will have no audio at all

I meant if audio was recorded on an external device at 24fps, the audio speed would have to be changed to match the video.

The audio would be the same duration as the time it took to record. So if is dialog, then the footage needs to be conformed, which will happen automatically in any good editing programme.

Y'all are amazing. Thanks guys! I just slowed down the audio by 4% and it fixed everything.
