  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Shot a piece with the EPIC, fell it love with it. Bought one. GULP!

Congrats! Look forward to see what you'll do with it. I liked the boat video. Good stuff!

Very nice work. Loved the slo-mo with hand, and the sander clip. Hope to have my M in hand this week.

Wow- nice. And this is from a gent who can get a loaner camera from pretty much anyone any time. Speaks volumes. :)

Good job Philip! Can't wait to see the images you come up with.

Well, it had to happen!

Looking forward to seeing cool stuff (as ever) from you, Mr Bloom :) - and it's always good to watch you share your thoughts.

This will be a good PR for Red too (not that it needs it with the Epic) - but more stuff in the wider domain in terms of use and workflow will help people get (more) excited.

Just hope the hordes of DSLR fanboys don't lynch you for stepping over to the Dark Side...

congrats philip ... i'm sure the investment will pay for itself quick

looking forward to a vid with bloom style quirky-ness !

Phil, this is nothing but pocket change for you!... we all know that you are filthy rich! :)

Congratulations!!! Just Curious, you've shot with a ton of camera's, and took part in the Zacuto shootouts, what was the thing or group of things that led you to make the EPIC purchase? Everyone has their own reasons, what were yours? Just wondering.

Big congrats, Philip! Loved your first Epic video. Looking forward to all the stuff your going to shoot with it. :}
