Short question about LCD refresh rate

Hi, how can I adjust the refresh rate of the LCD so it´s not stuttering with a low framerate? For example: I would like to take stills at 1fps/5K but still have the LCD like at 25p/ 50Hz. Can´t find a solution in the manual.
Or is this only enabled once the still mode can be activated?

You probably described the still mode...

OTOH, if what you are asking is to have a fluent image in the monitor with a 360 deg shutter @ 1 fps, you are asking about something that is not viable, and won't work.

Gunleik, I guess I described the still mode. It´s very difficult to shoot stills handheld with 1fps.
