Looking for an Epic in L.A.
I'm a director with a short film that's virtually completed, I'm looking for someone willing to 25 points on the film in exchange for a lower rate.
So I decided to go ahead and just post the trailer, as we're all professionals here I ask you don't share it or repost it anywhere. This is just the rough cut with some quick color correction, but gives the over all feel of it. The lead in the film is John Farley, and I have a full cast of some great actors. http://vimeo.com/32596113
Again I'm offering a hefty amount of points along with pay at lower rate, roughly 25% of the film. Compared to my investment, this is a large amount, and I'm only offering it because I want the best for the picture. I.E. an incredible last shot over a mediocre last shot.
The shooting location is on a sound stage in L.A. and some quick pickups at my house.
Also if you'd like to advertise you're camera rental agency or production company in the credits that's fine as well, or anything else I can provide in exchange I'd be more than willing to offer. Feel free to call me.
The final goal for the film is cannes, which I'm sure it'll be accepted upon completion.
