Hey Red Users!
I have a project coming up where I'm being asked to work with lasers and laser light refracting through objects. Part of the creative requires a few shots where the lasers directly spike the lens. Please note, I am well aware of the damage that lasers can do when they hit digital sensors. I am just curious if there is an alternative or scientific workaround that involves some sort of "Filtration" if you will. Otherwise, I think I'm left with suggesting to shoot these assets on film or having a team craft these shots digitally in post.
Any thoughts?
