Next year, I may have the opportunity to be on a ZERO-G flight. I know that some videocameras/HDD switches on "security" when they fall.

Cams with SSD or CF storage SHOULD work in 0 G (and HDD/tapes not) but what about the Scarlet 2/3 or the S35 ?

I will have for sure a cam with me on that flight : I just hope to get a REDcam in time for it.

I have shot on the Zero-G plane. I was on a Mastercard commercial.

Are going for a shoot or for fun?

There is much to know and much to consider if you are on a shoot!

It is a phenomenal experience!!!! I recommend everyone do it once in their lives! I must go again, and I will ;)

I'll be there for fun AND shooting.

With my friends, we planned something never done before in 0 G. And we'll have the whole plane for us during the entire flight.

I hate you both. :)

Have fun!

This was mentioned in the 1.8" Recon thread. I wonder if there might be a way to turn off free-fall security? And if it is too complicated for them to bother, of course.
