I've been shooting stock photos for a few years now and it's been an ok stream of income and fun to shoot when I'm not busy with commercial projects. Now that I'm diving into video with the Epic I'm interested in adding that to my collection. The distribution agency I work with for stills (Image Source) very recently started accepting video content.

I was curious to see if anyone on here shoots stock video? If I could add video onto my still stock productions I'm already doing and paying for that would be awesome although I'm sure the back end of things will be more time consuming. (Uploading, submitting, coloring, etc)

There's a bit of a catch22 with stock video sometimes. I'm exclusive with Nimia and they have upload limits, but want stuff uploaded in highest res. So uploading 4k ProRes 4444 means I can only upload like 3 clips before I hit my limit and need to wait for them to approve. Not sure all systems work this way, but be prepared to crush your internet with large uploads.

FYI I don't specifically shoot stock stuff, but I upload unused clips from my own productions or tests that turned out great. Have sold a few clips here and there but it's more like a bonus for me than an viable income.
