Shooting into Digital Projector

Hey redusers,

I have a scene coming up that will involve shooting directly into a digital projector in a dark room. Should I be worried about any problems with the sensor? It's an older SD projecter and not that bright, but thought I should check before moving ahead!

Regular M sensor.

Considering you can point cameras at the sun, the digital projector won't do anything except blow out your highlights.

With the M sensor you can experience the "black sun" effect, that is very very bright highlights actually become black, it´s fairly easy to track and make white in post.

It's lasers that you want to avoid shooting directly into. Those can destroy a sensor pretty quickly.
