Shooting at 2K on 64GB

Hi, I'm wondering how many minutes of 2k Footage fits on a 64GB Red Mag. I know a lot of people will say that it's not worth it and shoot in 4k Anyways, but I will shoot in 4K when I have enough money to buy another RED MAG. So, How many minutes of 2k Footage will fit on a 64GB Red Mag at the Highest Compression? Thank You

2k at the highest compression looks really rough. There is a thread on it here somewhere. Would probably rather use 7D in that case.

no 2k looks good. Its the compression that killed it. BTW people attacking the servers so clips were down and or are still down for that reason.

You should consider using Super16mm lenses if you want to shoot freely in 2K. Otherwise it would be painfully hard to get wide-angle shots

What I never understood was the compression rate, is this something I am able to choose? I know I can choose the FPS and resolution.

Just to be sure we're understanding each other, by "highest compression" you mean most compressed = worst quality, and not least compressed = highest quality, right?
I reccomend avoiding 18:1 compression in 2K.
