Shooting 24fps in a 25hz country??

I am wondering if anyone has shot with the RED at 24fps in a PAL country?

Are you able to element the flickering of lights with the syncro setting in the shutter menu?

No Problem, just set your shutter speed to 172,8°
(Red will show it as 173° in the display)

Also, many HMIs have 60hz and 50hz switches that will allow you to change the cycle frequency.
